On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Manager (Sales and Delivery)

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery - Manage ServiceNow projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards. Work closely with project teams, offering guidance and expertise to achieve project goals.
• Sales and Business Development - Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand the ServiceNow practice. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning Accenture as their trusted advisor.

What do you bring:

• Experience - Proven track record in ServiceNow solutions, project management, and business development.
• Education- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications - Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Human Resources (HR).
• Sales Skills - Demonstrated ability to drive sales, identify opportunities, and close deals effectively. Strategic mindset to align sales and delivery efforts with practice goals.
• Language Proficiency - Fluent in German, with strong negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
• Personal Attributes - Self-motivated, results-oriented. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business events.

Location: Zurich

Type of employment: permanent position, hybrid mode
