Overview of contract:
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to strengthen the existing team.

This is a fixed term contract until 31.12.2023. Start date is 01.03.2023.

Main responsibilities:

• The candidate will take over a senior engineering role in the implementation of a new employee self-service portal & agent workspace which will be built on an existing ServiceNow solution
• The candidate needs to be able to configure & develop independently
• Provide subject matter expertise on design and development of ITSM based solutions within ServiceNow
• Conduct technical reviews and suggest good practices of ServiceNow implementation
• Translate business requirements into stories for implementation
• Create and update design documents

Your expertise:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Several years of experience with ServiceNow in an Engineering role
• Profound knowledge of customization and implementation within ServiceNow
• Experience on development of REST based Integrations
• Experience in configuring ITSM processes
• Experience in configuring and enhancing a Self-Service Portal
• Excellent team player with good communication skills
• Business fluent English
