Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master/ Release Manager ITSO.
Location: Zürich
Start date: ASAP
End date: 31.12.2024 - with possibility of extension
Main responsibilities
- Develops the agile team's way of working across Empowerment, Transparency, Collaboration and Discipline
- Cares deeply about the team supporting their growth and evolution into a high performing unit
- Coach and support their Agile team members to grow and succeed
- Plans, coordinates and manages the release of the application in strong collaboration with the ART's scrum teams
- Responsible for Problem & Incident Management (operational & process)
- Responsible for system reliability and service operation
Your skills:
- Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management
- Deployment and Release Management
- Running / Monitoring IT solutions
- Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
