Senior Python Developer - Contract Role (Start ASAP)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join a global digital transformation leader. This is a contract position with an immediate start, focused on building scalable, event-driven serverless solutions in the cloud.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop robust, scalable software using Python
- Design and deploy serverless applications (AWS Lambda, EventBridge, SQS)
- Build and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines using Python
- Provision infrastructure using Terraform or other IaC tools
- Collaborate with platform teams to define and own service components
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in Python development
- Strong expertise in AWS (GCP or Azure a plus)
- Proven experience with serverless architectures
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD
- Strong focus on clean code, scalability, and automation
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana
- Certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
