Senior Digital Marketing Specialist Experis Switzerland (80-100%)

As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist of Experis, you are responsible for the digital marketing strategy, budget allocation and all digital outlets. You will be part of a great team of marketing professionals spread across Geneva, Basel and Zurich and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Experis digital marketing strategy and evaluate new outlets or initiatives

  • Digital transformation projects (CMS, analytics, CRM and ATS)

  • Responsible for the Experis webpage

  • SEO, SEM, paid social and email marketing to drive B2B lead generation and BtoC / talent acquisition

  • Social media management and monitoring to drive brand awareness and thought leadership

  • Measure and report of all digital marketing campaigns, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Manage external stakeholders (website provider, agencies, job boards)

  • Create unique content (blog posts, graphics, etc.)

  • UX & UI: Add new features if required (popups, CTA's, forms)

  • Close collaboration with sales leaders and marketing team to define new campaigns

  • Exchange with European and international marketing counterparts

  • Prepare and execute internal digital marketing trainings

  • Media planning and budget oversight & optimization

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing position

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

  • Experience with Google marketing tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads)

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and mailing campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Mailchimp)

  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities

  • Prior experience with CMS tools and job boards desirable

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop-skills is a plus

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel. SQL/R skills are a plus

  • Interest in IT, Talent- and Recruitment industry

  • Exceptional written communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
