One of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Scrum Master & Agile Coach for a 6-month contract in Basel, Switzerland.

Background

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support a team with the target to increase the speed and efficiency of developing innovative medicines for patients by creating new insights with advanced analytics, automating our processes, treating data as an asset. The main task is to help increase Agile awareness across entire team as Scum Master and Agile Coach.

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Facilitate team efforts in relentless improvement to build high performing teams

• Facilitate Impediment elimination

• Promote quality practices and assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables and meeting the Definition of Done (DoD)

• Support inter-team cooperation in the Agile Release Train and help the team to operate well on the train

• Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates

• Coach project teams and Scrum Masters in their agile journey

• Support the Digital Transformation Office lead in establishing an Agile mindset throughout the DT initiative

• Help the Pharma Technical Development team to embrace Agile principles

• Support the team rules, enforce the rules the team and the Capabilities have agreed on (e.g. Scrum or quality rules)

• Help to increasing Agile awareness across entire organization (from Lab Technicians to Senior Leaders) as Scrum of the Scrum Masters

• Coach the Product Owners in managing the backlog, understanding and practicing agility

• Help the teams progress toward team goal

What you must have

• Scrum Certified (Minimum PSM II, PSM III preferred)

• Experienced in transformational projects

• Experienced as Agile Coach

• Fluent in English

Nice to Haves

• Experienced with Jira

• German

• Prior pharmaceutical experience
