One of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for an SAP Master Data Manger for a 9 - month contract in Zug, Switzerland. This is a full-time position in a medium sized team with a possibility of extension.
Background:
In this role, you will look after instruments and spare parts in series status and act as an interface between Global Supply Chain, Suppliers, Production, Logistics, Quality Assurance and R & D.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Collaboration on Material Master Maintenance throughout the product lifecycle
- Active data entry and maintenance for all Production and sales materials directly in SAP
- Coordination and creation of all Material Master Data in the individual phases
- Proactive interface to the various departments (global and local)
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams
- Ensuring data validity in SAP according to specifications
- Proactive interface for coordination and communication regarding all material
Must Haves:
- Strong user SAP knowledge (modules, MM, PP, SD and APO)
- 3 years' experience in a comparable position
- Strong independent working and team skills
- High level interface and communication skills
- Good technical understanding of the industry
- Complex and networked thinking, quick comprehension and Solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English (spoken and written)
Nice to Haves:
- Pharmaceutical environment experience
- Degree in University or vocational training with further education in Supply Chain or Business Administration
