Your Responsibilities:
- System Management:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD and CS modules, ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting any issues.
- Project Leadership:
- Manage SAP-related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
- Customization and Configuration:
- Customize and configure the SAP SD and CS modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide comprehensive support and training to end-users, developing training materials, and conducting workshops on new functionalities and processes.
- Business Process Improvement:
- Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize sales, distribution, and customer service operations.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all SAP processes adhere to relevant regulations and company policies, and generate reports to provide insights into sales and customer service performance.
What do you bring:
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of SAP SD and CS modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in SAP system administration and problem-solving.
- Understanding of related SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP) and their integration points.
- Project Management:
- Experience in managing SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address system issues and user concerns.
- Capability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with users, IT staff, and business stakeholders.
