Overview of the position:

For our client, a Swiss-wide financial institution, we are looking for a highly skilled RPA Developer to join a fun and vibrant team. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for taking on the robotised processes throughout the company and drawing up documentation for the creation of the workflow. You will identify potential areas for optimization and implement improvements to increase efficiency.

The location is St. Gallen or Zürich, Switzerland. This is a contract for 7-months starting 1st June 2023 until December 2023.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with business units to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation using RPA.
• Analyze existing processes to identify potential areas for automation and process improvements.
• Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and other tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation for RPA workflows.
• Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure they run efficiently and correctly.
• Work closely with other developers and business analysts to ensure alignment and consistency in RPA solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration points between RPA solutions and other systems.
• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Provide guidance and training to business users on the use of RPA solutions.

Your expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience working in the banking industry is a must
• Extensive experience with UiPath and other RPA tools
• Knowledge of SQL, Avaloq, Kamunda, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and Java
• Strong process analysis and optimization skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems in a structured way
• Fluent in German and English.
