Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Pricing SME.

Location: Zurich

Start date: 01.07.2025

Duration: 12 months - with possibility of extension/ internalization

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the migration of the Pricing Engine to a new core banking system.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the implementation of a new fee engine, ensuring all essential inputs are captured and integrated into the project.
• Represent Pricing in Program working groups and forums to ensure alignment with internal Pricing Experts by providing weekly updates, setting up planning sessions, and preparing decision topics with key stakeholders in Finance.
• Prepare thorough documentation for steering committee and Business Sign-Off meetings, providing a structured framework for informed decision-making and guiding key project decisions to senior management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes to pricing models, data structures, and business processes, ensuring targeted and structured escalation.
• Understand the differences and impact of the new pricing model in the new core banking system and support impact analysis and solution design for satellite pricing systems.

Required Experience and Skills:

• At least 6 years of professional experiencein Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, with a strong focus on transformation projects, core banking system implementation, and financial services pricing.
• Technical skills:Good understanding of different core banking systems, including experience with T24.
• Pricing expertisefor Wealth Management Products, with a focus on fees and commissions.
• Experience with migrating legacy systems, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Structured approachin communication and documentation, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at different seniority levels as well as with technical experts.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and data modellingis an advantage.
• Attention to detail:Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Fluency in English is required;proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage.
