This post holder will be responsible for opening new accounts and developing existing clients in line with defined sales strategies as well as candidate screening, search and selection activities.
You must have previous recruitment experience, preferably in IT, possess the confidence and knowledge to conduct and lead client meetings and must be able to develop strong relationships.
Experis expects you to leverage fresh and innovative practices to source great talent and match them to the right opportunities while understand human potential and knowing people's motivations, strengths and where they need to develop on order for them to succeed.
