On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager whose has a very good understanding of quants.

Overview of the project:

• Reassess the current credit risk expected loss frame work in place
• Together with stakeholders from various functions like credit risk management and front office product management, define the expectations to the framework
• Define and update risk measurement models and parameters in line with formulated expectations from stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Setting up a project plan including definition of key deliverables
• Execute on the project plan in the capacity of main project manager
• Stakeholder management to commonly define and write down framework expectations
• Source data and perform statistical analysis in line with formulated expectations to the framework
• Prepare updated framework documentation that will be handed over to internal model risk management function

Skills:

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management
• Very good understanding and exposure to Quants
• Ability to understand statistical concepts of credit risk models
• Technically savvy with fluency in R programming and SQL
• Proven data analysis skills
• Educational background is typically Quantitative Master or PhD like Econometrics, Mathematical Finance, Physics, Business Economics or Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. German highly beneficial
