Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Quality Product Manager to join one of their clients, a well-known Swiss company. It is a temporary assignment based in Zurich.

Duration: until end of 2019 with a possibility of extension into 2020
Your profile:
- +5 years Product Management experience
- Ideally a background within the Cable-/Telecommunication-/IT-Industry
- Fluent in English and German
- Eye for quality
- Communicator
- Bachelor's degree
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Your primary responsibility will be to manage, identify and drive the quality of the overall company products.
- Actively track and forecast the customer's experience using the Relationship Net Promoter Score.
- Coordinate all stakeholders for quality purposes.
- Manage continuous quality improvement projects
