Overview of the position:
For our client, a large bank in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Manager to join a fun and vibrant team. The ongoing project is consolidating Regulatory Reporting requirements for the bank. It covers FINMA triggers (changes to circulars) to Capital or
Liquidity Reporting, SNB related changes, as well as internal initiatives and changes, that have a direct or indirect impact on the Axiom reporting solution. In order to remain compliant with the regulatory framework, the project needs to ensure: proper sourcing of new data requirements, proper integration of changes in the data model and liaising required implementation work with the external vendor under consideration of the overall impact on reporting figures.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
• Responsible for the quality assurance process of the work packages/document deliverables
• Responsible for tasking external solution provider with the development of the necessary
• solution enhancements / configurations
• Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards
• Responsible for a successful rollout / go-live of the solution
• Responsible for successful handover of solution to the Operations organizations

Your expertise:

• Experience in managing projects with respective CTB Budgets >1mCHF in classic methodology
• Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
• Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
• Willing and able to also take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
• Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with regulatory reporting / Axiom reporting solution a plus
• Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience
• Fluent in English, with some knowledge of German
