Description: We are seeking a proficient Project Manager to oversee the seamless transition of critical systems and processes within our banking environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive cutover plan, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of cutover activities. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with a proven track record in managing complex cutover strategies for large-scale IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cutover plan, covering all aspects of the transition process.
• Coordinate closely with project teams, IT, business units, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Manage and monitor cutover activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Lead dress rehearsals to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates to program management and stakeholders on progress and challenges.
• Manage the resolution of any issues arising during the cutover process, minimizing business impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or IT management, with 2 years in a cutover management role.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and systems.
• Proven track record of managing complex cutover strategies for large-scale IT projects.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience in the banking sector, specifically in private banking.
• Fluent in both French and English (C2 proficiency).

Location: On-site - Geneva (Remote work not available)

This role falls under the Engagement Management and requires expertise in Workflow/Business process management and Case management.
