For this temporary assignment based in Baden, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available in a short notice. Are you a passionate specialist who is looking immediately for a new and very exciting challenge in a big consulting company for 6+ months? If yes, then please have a look at the details:

Overview of the project:

  • Manage project calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Remind the project manager/project team of important tasks and deadlines
  • Track and follow-up on deliverables with key stakeholders
  • Type, compile and prepare minutes of meetings, presentations and reports
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the project team and provide operational support to the team during the project phase
  • Have good command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate an open-minded and ambitious personality with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Take over the responsibility for certain tasks some with higher and some with lower complexity depending on the needs of the management and team you are supporting
  • Provide inputs and feedback and looking for ways how to improve the status quo

The skills and experience needed for this position are:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, communications skills in German are nice to have
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • if the person worked already in a HR environment, it would be a plus
