Professional Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical experience

On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, I am looking for a Professional Business Analyst. This is a contract position. If you are interested in this role, then please check the criteria below:

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Own the task of requirements collection, documentation and validation.
• Develop user stories and contribute to product backlog management.
• Obtain buy-in from all affected stakeholders for the respective requirements.
• Ensure the requirements are properly cascaded and understood by the respective work streams.
• Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts related to requirements, data, usability and process analysis.
• Work closely together with the project's Service Transitions Team to identify the stakeholders, validate the migration approach with sites, functions and business stakeholders,
• Facilitate workshops and conduct interviews.
• Facilitate and support system and user acceptance testing.
• Work with OCM to develop training materials.
• Provide consultation to Stakeholder groups in the area of business systems and processes.
• Analyses business scenarios and identifies opportunities for improvement through automation and/or business process change.

What you must have:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in multinational company
• Candidate must be able to work with requirements for Project and Portfolio Management as well as organizational requirements (requirements for Migration Strategy, Service Introduction etc.)
• Previous working experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in getting to decisions / sign-offs
• Track record of business analysis activities successfully on projects
• Structured approach, problem-solving, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
• Excellent English language skills (high proficiency), additional languages are a plus.
• Service Now background highly desirable
• Experience in Jira and Confluence is a plus.

• Travel: Potentially 1-2 travels per month to Europe and US
