Production Operator 2

• Autonomous, independent execution of technical, physical, and chemical processes during normal or deviating operations, including start-up, shutdown, and shutdown, as well as flushing and cleaning of systems in compliance with the requirements of prescribed hygiene, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) guidelines. This includes loading and unloading, transfers, and routine laboratory analyses.
• Taking samples of liquid or gaseous solids from equipment and facilities, performing and understanding the purpose of these routine analyses, knowing the expected results
• Anticipates and understands deviations and potential technical problems with operating rules and work instructions and proposes solutions to resolve them.
• Organization of interventions involving mechanics and electricians, external companies during maintenance work.
• Explaining tasks to colleagues, supporting them in completing the task and actively intervening to help.
• Participation in projects and similar activities within a defined framework.
• Security:
• Consistently and permanently adheres to the currently applicable HSE regulations and instructions
  • He/she is trained in the laboratory to the extent that the samples and resulting standard analyses (e.g. LC, GC, titration, pH value) can be carried out and interpreted independently
  • Compliance with quality standards in the implementation of production processes, in the preparation and implementation of cleaning processes and the equipment used
  • Detects and reports quality deviations in a timely manner and initiates the necessary immediate measures
• Actively reports preventive measures to avoid safety problems and deviations,
  acts proactively in reporting weak points, actively supports HSE campaigns
  
  
• Lives a behavior-based safety culture and gives feedback to his colleagues

• Diploma/apprenticeship as a chemical or pharmaceutical technologist in chemical and pharmaceutical production or equivalent recognized diploma.
• Production worker with experience, knowledge and proven skills to independently perform the tasks required at the professional level

German (spoken and written), knowledge of English desirable
