Post Sales Data Analyst
-Analyze data to identify patterns and suggest actions to improve the customer experience
-Provide reporting to monitor initiatives, measure their impact, and track the performance of the solutions in place
-Identify opportunities for process automation and collaborate with technology teams to implement them
-Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
-Explore and proactively propose new business opportunities
-Help understand how to measure each initiative, monitor their performance, and provide insights and recommendations accordingly
-Communicate and present results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the company
-Cooperate with other Data Analysts across the company on joint projects to identify synergies and improve data governance.
-Strong analytical skills/mindset
-At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
-Strong SQL skills for querying and exploring data sets
-Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
-Fluent in English both written and verbal
-Ability to influence decision makers through presentations of analysis
-Good knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and how to apply them using analytical languages (eg. Python/R)
-Good experience in visualizing data and using data visualization tools
-Experience in business partnering/stakeholder management.
-TIBCO Spotfire knowledge
-Knowledge of data modeling and best practices related to analytical databases
-Previous experience in the travel industry
-Familiarity with digital and e-commerce business.

-High attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines successfully
