Brand Retail needs a temporary Planning Senior Analyst to support the development and implementation of the Data Project. In particular, the Planning Senior Analyst will:

* Perform KPI and data points gap analysis and prioritization, lead the structuring of Brand Retail data points and KPI collection for the project

* Liaise with relevant project stakeholders in order to share gap analysis, discuss realistic solutions to address the gaps in a sustainable way through automation and centralization

* Work on the technical development together with relevant parties, monitoring the progress and escalating project risks and threats in a timely and relevant manner to Brand Retail management

* Assist in representing in the project and reporting on project progress towards senior management, preparing all necessary documents as required (presentations, …)

While the project is being developed, the temporary Brand Retail Planning Senior Analyst will also support in improving current data collection processes, building robust analysis tools and framework, and analyzing the markets' brand retail ecosystems performance and costs in order to help identifying efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications needed

Technical know-how or competencies required:
- Good communication skills to engage with other stakeholders and maintain good relationship
- Good data management and organization skills, as the job will involve dealing with fairly large amounts of data from different sources
- Able to prioritize work
- Brand Retail exposure and / or financial background an asset
- Good Excel skills and mastery of Microsoft Office suite
