Experis is currently supporting our client, a global technology company with their local Swiss operations headquartered in Zurich, with their search for a person to support their sales team with various administrative tasks related to their sales process with channel partners/resellers. This contract position is slated to last an initial 7 months.
What is it you'll have to do?
My client is looking for a dynamic person with great people skills, who can work well within a fast-paced environment.
You will have to:
- Assist two teams by entering partner and customer data into their deal-registration system
- Train partners to use the partner deal registration system
- Support the team on forecasting of current/future deals
- Assist partners with their forecasting of future deals, review of pipeline, deal registrations
- Act as a POC for support in escalations/queries
- Assist in organizing events with partners
Your specific background:
- 1-2 years of experience is required working in a globally-operating company, preferably in a similar support function
- Knowledge and experience working with IT resellers, specifically covering the Swiss market
- You hold either a Swiss or an EU passport
- This role requires both English + German at a fluent level
