On behalf of our client, a leading medical institution in Switzerland, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist, with proven experience in support level 1&2. Are you a passionate IT Support Specialist who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If yes, then please have a look at the details below:
- Provide support to end users at Group level (including affiliate offices worldwide) both remotely and on sites when necessary.
- Manage the ticketing platform and ensure good resolution of incidents both in terms of SLA and quality.
- Ensure availability of both hardware, software and services requirements and needs for worldwide employees
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- 3+ years' experience in IT support
- Strong IT skills, including excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Fluency in English (min c1) / french b2 min
Contract at 100%
