Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a company within the insurance industry in Zürich, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager for their Digital Transformation team.
Location: Zürich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months - with possibility of extension
Main responsibilities
- Support the execution of project plans for new strategic initiatives within our client's organization.
- Prepare and moderate meetings with partner company executives and peers to capture their business needs in Digital Transformation.
- Report progress, issues, and challenges to our client's Management.
- Build and maintain a network of experts within our client's partner companies, fostering participation in their activities and projects.
Your skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data & Analytics, or a related field with an outstanding academic record
- Structured mind-set with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to draft crisp and clear decision-making documents
- Ability to work in an intense, ambitious, and international culture
- A "can-do" attitude committed and accustomed to work independently and taking responsibility
- Good networking capabilities allowing to deliver results, connecting people to people and people to business
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel and to work within a multi-cultural team/network
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation and keen interest in the subject
- Proficiency in English, other languages are an asset
