Junior IT System Administrator

For one of our clients, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with it's HQ in Basel, we are looking for a Junior IT System Administrator with previous experience in cyber security. This is a challenging one year contracting position starting in May 2020.
Responsibilities:
- Hands-on installation and configuration of firewalls, domains and related network infrastructure and cybersecurity components.
- Troubleshoot problems with application (e.g. Osisoft PI) caused by underlying IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
- Incident, Change and Problem Management according to ITSM and CSV procedures.
- Prepare technical documentation related to installation and configuration.
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing firewalls, Windows domains and related network infrastructure and cybersecurity components
- Configuration of firewalls
- Solid knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Knowledge of computer networks and routing
- Basic domain administration
- Basic understanding of Osisoft PI.
- Understanding of business processes in the Pharma manufacturing environment
- Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment
- Experience with Project and/or IT Service Management methodology (ITIL)
- Possesses accountability and proactive behaviour.
- Delivery and result-oriented.
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and collaboration with global teams.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- Previous pharma experience
- Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects
