Are you a Junior Data Analyst with previous experience of managing large data sets ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Data Analyst to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

• To support the Business Intelligence team (internal and external) in the integration process of the health financing database and automating the visualization processes.
• Extract data on costs and financing from country submissions
• Extract data on expenditures/disbursements from partner databases
• Analytic support for providing inputs to allocation letters
• Measurement of KPI on domestic financing
• Regional dashboards, profiles, and analysis
• Responding to internal and external requests
• Support the investment case and strategy target setting work
• Provide analytic support for specified country teams

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Ability to manage large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills
• Basic quantitative analytic skills
• Data visualization skills (PowerPoint, Tableau etc.)
• Basic coding skills (in any language)
• Experience with databases (performing queries, joining datasets, etc.)
• Written and Spoken fluency in English is required, Fluency in French is an asset
