Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking Software Developer to support a DevOps team
We are looking for someone who enjoys developing great products in an agile environment and with strong teamwork.
This is a 12 month contract based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Work within a Scrum team that develops and operates web-based software modules and microservices that make audiovisual content
- Design and develop state-of-the-art software as a member of an interdisciplinary team, from the initial idea to development and delivery, and you will also be responsible for its operation afterwards.
- Together with your team you will design and develop a large greenfield project with super modern stack (new persistence layer) yet to be defined.
- You work with Kotlin, Java, Scala and the frameworks Micronaut, Spring, Cats and more and more often with the public cloud (AWS, Heroku)
Your skills:
- Extensive knowledge in Java, Kotlin and/or Scala, relational databases, messaging, Git and CI/CD.
- You have successfully completed your education in computer science or your studies in software engineering or you have several years of professional experience
- C1 level German language skills
