Java Developer
Experis IT Switzerland is in a search of a Java Developer to join one of their clients, a well renowned firm. Due to business expansion, they are seeking a talented Junior Tester to join their existing team. For this temporary project based in Zurich, we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is available to start in September 2022.
Location: Zurich
Start Date: ASAP in September 2022
Duration: 6 months with further option of contract extension
Your profile:
- You bring prior commercial experience in
- Java (and some libraries such as Spring batch, Spring boot, Bean IO, Apache Camel..)
- Scripting (Unix Bash or Korn Shell for example)
- Some containerization knowledge (ideally "OpenShift / Kafka" setup, at minimum "Docker" understanding)
- You are willing to coach junior resources
- You are comfortable to work on multitude of technologies, learn new one, and work with unclear requirements
- Any experience in the following tools is an advantage: - REST/SOAP/MQ/JMS, Kafka Github or Gitlab or Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Meteor/constellatory
- Ambitious and dynamic person
- Fluent in English both written and speaking, Italian is an advantage
