For one of our clients active in finance sector and based in Geneva, we are actively looking for an IT Support Team Leader / Helpdesk Manager.
The IT Support Team Leader / Helpdesk Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing a team of support engineers providing 1st and 2nd level office automation support by telephone, on a dedicated platform and by direct contact with the users.
Organise the work of the HelpDesk team: set objectives, plan, monitor progress, arbitrate
Take an active part in the team's operational activities
Organise the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the bank's application tools and IT infrastructure (workstations, printers, mobile devices, network, etc.)
Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring compliance with ITIL processes, so that users can resume normal activities as quickly as possible
Help users to anticipate and prevent incidents by organising training/information sessions with the team so that they can make the best use of IT services
Respond to service requests: Define, manage and maintain the standard service catalogue and respond to requests by enhancing the catalogue
Participate in change management, process evolution and regular quality improvement
Produce and disseminate qualitative and quantitative indicators relating to the operation of the applications on a regular basis
Facilitate day-to-day relations between the various service providers (outsourcer, maintainer, integrator, etc.)
Ensure the application of the security policy
Interact with the members of the various internal and external IT teams. Collaborate with the IT teams of other Group entities
