On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, I am looking for a Desktop Support Analyst with experience in Apple IOS. This is a contracting position until the end of the year based in Basel.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Performing training- / consultancy sessions for up to 20 end users
• Working with the given Tickettool Service Now and company-owned Asset Management Tools
• Progressing of Incident and Request Management Tickets according process
• Progressing Asset Management Updates according process
• Participation at IT Welcome Zone Shift
• Experience with and understanding of other technology domains, methods, etc. and their interactions
• Implementation and coordination of hardware, software, network component installations
• Follow-up on hardware, software, network problems and initiation of corrective actions and escalation procedures
• Participation in status meetings

What you must have:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Supporter
• Sound intermediate-level knowledge of relevant methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes
• Experience with Google gSuite and Windows 10
• Apple iOS knowhow
• Experience with Mobile Device Management
• Experience as an IT Trainer
• ITIL Foundation (v2 or v3)
• Customer friendliness
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and German
