IT Solution Analyst

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an IT Solution Analyst to join the team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service to all internal clients.

Main responsibilities

  • End 2 end responsibility for e-Channel services as service owner or supporting service owner
  • 3rd Level support of the e-Channel applications
  • Become Subject matter expert of end-to-end processes acting as a point of escalation for both business and L2 support
  • Propose ideas for continuous improvement
  • Analyze and solve incidents and requirements, provide proactive tracking of problems alone or together with providers and internal specialists.
  • Execute maintenance tasks (e.g. lifecycle measures, configuration and reporting)

Your skills:

  • Good understanding of IT integration and web technologies including modern IT Infrastructure concepts
  • Basic experience as Business Analyst or Requirement Engineer in a Banking Environment
  • Knowledge of J2EE Application Integration, i. e. Spring Boot, Docker, WLS, REST, SAML
  • Good Knowledge of the following: SQL (Oracle), Unix, Client Server, J2EE, Docker, Kubernetis
  • Good communication skills (English is must, German as an asset)
  • Higher education in computer science or similar
