Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an IT Network Specialist with experience in Juniper Firewall management.
This is a 5 month contract based in Zurich.
Main responsibilities
As a member of the Firewall & Zone Security Team based in Zürich, you will be responsible for:
- Firewall Rule Lifecycle management and compliance reporting against firewall rules using Tufin suite and in-house tools.
- Identification of rule owners and providing risk reviews of firewall rules.
- Ensuring firewall changes are complete and correct and are compliant to architecture design and policies.
- Post change reviews for firewalls; performing quality checks and reporting to management and project teams.
Your skills:
- 5-6 years of experience in Firewall technologies and management
- Knowledge of Juniper firewalls is essential
- Experience of assigning Firewall owners and rules
- Experience of auditing Firewalls
- Strong Network Security know-how
- Previous experience using Tufin suite would be highly beneficial
