Lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with our client's policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Leads the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.

The environment is Industries, Factory related.
Strong knowledge in Operations/Production and focused on Logistic Management Processes. Be able to work hands-on and deliver clear requirement specification, run Issue list, define adequate tasks and run meetings incl. document those.

Your skills and experience
* University degree in in computer science, information technology or a related field.
* Relevant work experience with logistic background of about 5+ years
* Demonstrated ability to successfully lead IT projects using traditional (Waterfall), modern (Agile) or combination of those project management methodologies, the knowledge of Waterfall, Agile are mandatory
* Fluent (spoken and written) in German and English
* Strong analytical skills, structured working style and ability to prioritize and drive the important topics
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide project team members
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Self-motivated with a positive "can do approach"
* Used to work with senior management
* Strong business focused and can deal with standardized IT Services/rules and governance

* Workload 60-80%: The working days (distribution of workload) can be spoken with the hiring manager. The worker will work onsite and remote, at the beginning only onsite. After trial period the worker can also work from home office
* The team is mixed, there are 15 team members
