Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, one of the leading financial groups, we are looking for a Talent Acquistion Specialist to support our client in sourcing, identifying and recruiting the best talents across business and corporate units and on various levels.
This is a 4 months contract with possibility of extension and getting perm.
Main responsibilities
- Act as Talent Acquisition Specialist mainly for FinTech positions in Switzerland
- Act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end-to-end
- Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other HR specialists to ensure a positive candidate experience
Your skills:
- At least 2 years of professional in-house recruiting and sourcing experience from an international environment
- Relevant degree in HR or relevant/comparable work experience in recruiting
- Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude, quick comprehension and agility
- Initiative, goal-oriented and assertive personality
- Fluent in German and English
