Identity & Access Engineer

Your Role
As an IAM Role Engineer, you will be part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, responsible for supporting and managing user accounts and IT permissions across our global organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and manage role creation and role mining across the Group in line with the IAM roadmap.
- Clean up existing right allocations.
- Identify and document segregation of duty scenarios and manage corresponding rules.
- Manage user accounts, authorizations, and access controls across various systems and applications.
Your Profile
- Higher education (university/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in Role Mining/Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge of the banking industry and Avaloq is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and a high level of accountability.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Capability to work independently and under pressure.
- Fluency in German and English
