HR Analyst (Workday, Tableau)

Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an HR analyst experienced with Workday and Tableau.

Location: Zürich

Start date: 01.06.2024/ 01.07.2024

Duration: 12 months - with extension/ internalization

Main responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end reporting analytics from Workday HCM
  • Build reports / dashboards in Workday HCM for self-service
  • Use Workday Prism to optimize data workflows and source external data (eg from Finance) into Workday HCM
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in HR and other functions - eg. Finance, Business Transformation - and use people data to support fulfilment of people data related processes and projects
  • Apply other business intelligence tools and technologies - Tableau, Tableau Prep, Python, and of course Excel - to provide insight on a wide range of people related topics

Your skills:

  • +3 yrs of Experience in Workday HCM Reporting and Workday Prism
  • You can analyse solutions in Workday HCM, and you're familiar with necessary Workday security concepts
  • You are experienced in leveraging Workday Prism for data transformation, and sourcing external data into Workday
  • You have great MS Excel & Tableau skills
  • You are a good team player; you collaborate and connect well with stakeholders to build long-term relationships
  • Workday Pro Certificate (Reporting or Prism) is a nice to have
  • Tableau Certificate (or similar) is a nice to have
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
