Project description:
Integrate the HP Service Manager Incident Management ticketing tool with AWS.
Adopt the company's standard workflows to the define use cases, according to the requirements document and process.
Your profile:
- More than 5 years of integration experience and coding in various languages (Java, C++, scripts etc.)
- Experienced in HPSM Ticketing tools integration
- Highly committed and team player - used to work remotely.
- Expertise in customizing workflows and configuration
- Degree in Computer Science/ IT or MIS
- Communicative personality
- Excellent English skills
