On behalf of our client, - a major Global Telecommunications group who are bringing innovative new technologies to market in all key sectors of the mobile internet economy, - we are looking for a Head of Application Manager with experience in Android Software development. This is a great opportunity to elevate your career within this fast-growing company and be in at the start of the launch of a new mobile ecosystem to challenge incumbent technology suppliers.

Main Responsibilities

• Representing and promoting of core and new technologies in industry gatherings, including on live events, on media or on social platforms
• Manage and draft the insight on Ecosystem Development based on Switzerland's marketing requirements
• Manage the resources, as well as Business Development team and external app development incentive, whilst ensuring developers satisfaction level
• Supporting business partners in developing, deploying and maintaining applications
• Working with the R&D team to develop technical tutorials/documents and sample code, as well as to improve products and services, such as IDE, API

Your Profile

• 5+ years' experience in programming for Android using Java or Kotlin (ideally both)
• A degree in science and engineering discipline is essential, studies and interest in the business (e.g. MBA) are desirable
• In-depth experience with Android software development lifecycle is preferred
• Profound knowledge in facility management
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, able to dive into complex code/infrastructures, and find the root cause
• High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in German, English AND Chinese is a must
