Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, one of the largest banks in Zürich, we are looking for a Front Arena Developer with expertise in structured products issuance, trading, and life-cycling.
Location: Zürich, Altstetten - 60 % on-site /40% home-office
Start date: ASAP
End date: 31.05.2024
Main responsibilities
* Capture requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
* Plan, implement, and test solutions in an agile environment (SAFe).
* Provide front user support to trading, midoffice, and risk office teams.
* Collaborate with traders on the trade floor to understand their needs and optimize the trading experience.
* Develop and maintain Front Arena applications using Python, AEL, ACM, and ADFL.
* Utilize your expertise in structured products issuance, trading, and life-cycling to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Your skills:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of structured products issuance, trading, and life-cycling.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Front Arena developer with proficiency in Python, AEL, ACM, and ADFL (must-have skills).
* Proven experience working directly with traders on a trade floor.
* Preferably, experience with ACM.Net/C#, JSON, and MSSQL.
* Completed trainings and certifications/exams relevant to the role.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Effective prioritization and ability to work under pressure.
* Empathetic individual with excellent customer service skills.
