Location: St. Gallen

Workload percentage: 100%, 1 day per week at the office

Key Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for First and Second Level Support, not only active in the area of Dynamics integration possibilities, but also in the area of Azure Integration Services (Microsoft Cloud) and you are responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of rights and role concepts.
• You support the implementation and technical monitoring (setting and parameterization) of D365 and you are a decisive factor in the optimization and further development of the used solution
• Together with the team, you drive digitalization in the most diverse areas of the company, continuously improve processes within the goods management industry and enable users to enjoy a positive digital experience
• You are the contact for persons, coordinators and controllers for relevant external service providers and internal stakeholders
• You work actively in internal teams and with external consultants on projects in the field of goods management. In doing so, you will be able to support further development with a wealth of ideas and solve challenging tasks.
• You create, update and maintain the required documentation and test scenarios for release management

Your Skills:

• A completed technical education or study of specialized computer science (application development or system integration) or a comparable qualification
• You need at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally references in the management of D365 F&O or a predecessor system and practical experience in IT/application support
• Your know-how in Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft peripherals such as e. g. DevOps. Microsoft 365, etc. as well as your knowledge in Microsoft PowerApps - you can also use programming and application effectively
