Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a DevOps/Platform Engineer.

Location: Zürich

Start date: 02.01.2025

End date: 31.12.2025

Main responsibilities

• Definition of the Java and .NET platform standards together with the development teams
• Engineering and maintaining of all platform components
• Driving modernization of the runtime platform, ensure continuous improvement
• Implement services and APIs to integrate the platforms with the continuous delivery pipelines of the application DevOps teams
• Implement processes to run the application platforms fully-automated
• Support the leadership driving the platform towards the committed objectives

Your skills:

• Proven experience of working with .NET and/or Java platforms, ideally as a ITSO/deputy
• Experience working as a DevOps/Platform engineer
• Knowledge and experience regarding DevOps processes and automation with tools like Octopus, Jenkins, Ansible
• Enjoy working with a goal-oriented and structured approach
• High quality awareness
• Fluent English
