On behalf of our client, the leading IT company we are looking for a Deskside Support Technician Specialist

  • Location: Zurich
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration of contract: 6 months - possibility for extension
  • Workload: 80-100%

We are seeking a Deskside Support Technician to provide technical support to end-users at our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, and hardware/software installations.


  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues & Provide technical support to end-users in person, via phone, or email.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Manage and track inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
  • Communicate effectively with end-users, colleagues, and management.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in desktop support or related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and other enterprise IT management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
