Are you a Project Manager with 8 years + of professional experience, undertaking rigorous business intelligence and analytics and presenting results from the analysis in structured way to inform of strategic decisions of the senior management? Do you have 8 years experience with project management from design to delivery ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist, Data & Analytics to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project management
• Stakeholder management
• Running pilot from design to delivery
• Reporting development
• Survey management
• Analytics;

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• 8 years experience undertaking rigorous business intelligence and analytics and presenting results from the analysis in structured way to inform strategic decisions of senior management;
• 8 years experience with project management from design to delivery
• Including pilot and launch;
• stakeholder management
• Modeling: ability to develop rigorous, yet user-friendly models for analytics in Excel or other programs;
• Statistical analysis using common statistical programming package (such as SPSS or R)
• Excellent PowerPoint competency;
• Data visualization (especially on Tableau)
• Survey design, implementation and analysis/interpretation;
• Business intelligence design and development;
• Data preparation;
• Data architecture and data model knowledge
• Data governance - including data management, data quality, data processes and policies
