Are you a Data and Analytics Consultant with 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in data analytics, data management or some related field and was this experience gained in an international organization and in multicultural settings ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Data and Analytics Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The Consultant, Data and Analytics is responsible for ensuring effective business intelligence and analytics to inform operational decision making and promote strong data governance and data management over grant-related data.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology, Public Policy, Public Health, or other relevant field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including in data analytics, data management or some related field;
• Experience undertaking statistical analysis using common statistical programming package;
• Certification in Tableau for business intelligence
• Experience with common statistical programming packages (SPSS, SAS, STATA, R)
• Experience undertaking rigorous business intelligence and analytics and presenting results from the analysis in structured way to inform strategic decisions of senior management;
• Experience in data preparation from different systems and data governance;
• Experience with survey design, implementation and analysis;
• Project management
• Excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French or one of the following: Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish.
