Experis is a leading global provider of personalized recruitment solutions and professionals.
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist and Sales Support (50-100%, m/f/d) for our client. The role will be equally divided between Customer Support and Sales Support.
The candidate will work in the "Electrification" sector for Installation Products. Installation Products aims to become a $3 billion company with global revenues and to be a premier provider of installation products for industrial, construction, and utility customers.
Installation and safety solutions are developed for demanding applications such as power generation, robotics and automation, food industry, refineries, offshore facilities, rail vehicles, and railway infrastructure.
Location: Uster, CH
Workload: 50-100%
Start Date: ASAP or by agreement
Contract: 3 months + extension/initialization
Your Responsibilities:
- Order processing for the Swiss market and 2-3 export customers
- Creating offers, credit and debit notes, and backlog lists
- Telephone customer service in German, French, and English
- Handling and coordinating complaints, and creating new items in the MDM portal
- Maintaining good customer relationships through high competence and friendliness
- Coordinating and collaborating with departments such as Controlling, Logistics, Purchasing/Production Planning, Quality, and Product Management
- Administrative support for the field sales team
- Support in projects and events
Must-Have Skills:
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Customer Support or as Customer Service Support with a technical affinity in the machinery market and/or as Sales Support
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP
- Team-oriented, solution-oriented working method as well as very good written and verbal communication skills
- Good written and verbal skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- Cooperative, solution-oriented approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
