Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading banking institution in Zürich, we are looking for Customer Advisors to join the inbound team who support and advise Corporate Customers
This is a 7-month contract based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Recognize the needs of Corporate customers as the first contact person on the phone
- Help Customers to process their banking transactions
- Offer competent advice on various banking issues
- Accurately identifying customer needs and finding suitable solutions
Your skills:
- Experience in banking, corporate banking, sales or customer service
- Passion for sales and the talent to inspire and convince people
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interest in customer contact
- Ability to explain complex issues orally
- Fluent German and either English and / or French
- Gained a Banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
