Job Description: Your role

Do you have a passion for communication and improving the employee experience? Can you work with a diverse range of HR and IT stakeholders to make sure our communication is engaging and that we're aligned on messaging and tone of voice? Want to join our creative and dynamic team?

We are looking for a communication specialist with excellent English and copywriting skills to join our project team within the HR Innovation and Transformation function.

Specifically, you will:

  • Proactively review and edit the wording and flow of conversations to be used in the new virtual agent (chatbot);
  • Rewrite and edit existing HR content into HR knowledge articles, working with the content owners to make sure all information is accurate and engaging;
  • Make sure the Banks tone of voice is consistently used across all channels (HR Portal, HR knowledge base and in virtual agent conversation flows);
  • Support the project team with the migration of content from the current HR solution into the new ServiceNow platform;
  • Provide basic communication and tone of voice training to a variety of stakeholders, including content owners and the project team;
  • Help coordinate multiple stakeholder engagements, such as setting up meetings/group sessions;
  • Support the team with running employee experience (EX) sessions, deciding on topics to cover, taking notes and supporting the design decisions;
  • Work with Interstellar program change lead to ensure alignment on overall program communication approach, plan and timing;
  • Liaise with HR Communications and Group Internal Communications for training, align our approach and to implement the communication plans.

Your expertise

  • To work with our team, you will:
  • Have 2+ years' experience in copywriting, proofreading and editing;
  • Be able to rewrite HR and IT technical jargon in the Banks tone of voice and in an engaging way;
  • Be able to assist with detailed communication planning and implementation for project go-live;
  • Adapt and learn fast to get up to speed quickly with technology and technical jargon (ServiceNow, HR applications, etc.);
  • Be a supportive team player, reliable and proactive;
  • Be a good listener and be able to put feedback into practice;
  • Work self-directed and autonomous, if needed;
  • Have fantastic communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Understand customer/employee experience management;
  • Ideally, be proficient with Office 365 Teams, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint;
  • Ideally be a native English speaker.
