Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, one of the world's leading providers of insurance, we are looking for a Communication Analytics & Strategy Manager.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor and report progress against agreed external/internal communications (traditional and non- traditional) targets and objectives as defined Group Communications such as: Share of voice, Tone of voice, Message penetration, etc.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication tools (media monitoring, social listening, data aggregators, dashboards, publishing platforms, and other marketing software) and identify areas for improvement
  • Be a communications strategic advisor and solution provider for business leaders
  • Contribute to data visualization and gathering of statistics for key company reports and campaigns
  • Use data to measure impact, adapt content and strategies, and improve results
  • Develop a digital roadmap to support the company objectives, in cooperation with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and schedule daily calls for agenda surfing, track trends and monitor trends issues

Your skills:

  • 5 years of professional-level experience in financial services or in other B-to-B/B-to-C environment in the area of marketing analytics (content, web, advertising, media channels, media and social listening, etc.)
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to extract insights from the data and the ability to use data to influence strategies and tactics
  • Strong planning/project management competence as well as influencing/networking capabilities
  • Experience in working with tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Piwik Pro or similar platforms
  • Familiarity in working with social listening tools (e.g. Synthesio, Meltwater, Brandwatch) as well as paid media analytics (display ads, programmatic, google ads, sponsored content, etc.)
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
