On behalf of our client, a leading company in Geneva, we are looking for a Business Analyst Risk and Compliance. It's a contract until the end of the year , that will potentially be renewed.
Mission :
- Conduct research and analyze data to identify potential risks to the organization,
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks,
- Analyze regulatory requirements and ensure that the organization is in compliance with local and national regulations,
- Provide guidance and advice to company employees on risk and compliance matters,
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure that risk and compliance procedures are properly integrated into all operational processes,
- Analyze and monitore financial data to identify potential fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities,
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to conduct audits of the organization's risk and compliance procedures,
- Prepare reports and presenting findings to senior management,
- Staying up-to-date on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to risk and compliance,
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience working in risk management or compliance in a corporate setting,
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to the finance sector,
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- knowledge of risk management tools and software,
- Knowledge of Jira, SQL, DB2, Oracle,
- Fluent in French nd English.
