On behalf of our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a strong Business Analyst who can adapt to different situations and is very proactive, keen and a good team player. This person needs to be able to work in a dynamic and agile driven environment and needs to have the necessary experience in Service Management Processes. Language skills and soft skills are the key in this position.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • The BA supports the program with all relevant BA and Agile-Working activities in a GxP environment that includes but are not limited to:
  • Requirement's elicitation, analysis and management in the context of Manufacturing business process
  • Manufacturing business process analysis and design to be translated into software requirements
  • Workshop and meeting organization, preparation and execution
  • Backlog creation and management using appropriate tools (like SNOW, Jira, Miro and G Suite)
  • Creation and management of User stories to ensure incremental value delivery
  • Act as scrum master or squad lead to deliver agreed and prioritized product increments within an agile environment

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, preferred in the pharmaceutical industry or regulated industry
  • Experience in business partnering, ability to quickly learn new business domains, requirements elicitation and management, business process analysis and design, usability, and the ability to facilitate workshops
  • Experience and background in Software Integration projects with the ability to collect the business requirements and translate it to user stories
  • Experience in Service Management and Service Management Processes
  • Agile mindset and experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience in Process Visualization and Tableau
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Control and organizational skills, ability to influence others and work in a Squad
  • Flexibility, work on different projects at the same time
  • Fluency in English and German is a MUST
