On behalf of our client, a prestigious Private Bank in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking Business Process Engineer with Wealth Management or Investment Management experience.

Overview of the project:

• The client is currently working on group-wide US GAAP Impairment Project which aims to ensure compliance with the revised accounting standards from 1 January 2020. In order to support the delivery from a Credit Risk Management perspective, the team requires an additional project resource who can support in the below:

Main responsibilities:

• Analyse current processes in the Investment Management Unit for Product Management, Investment Decision Management, Portfolio-Management based on the existing Tools and define target processes and requirements
• Leading process redesign workshops
• Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
• Managing process change

Skills:

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Process Analysis (BPA) within the Banking Industry (Preferred in Wealth Management / Investment Management)
• Fluency with process management systems and process management methods
• Experienced in business process modelling notations (BPMN) to document the processes.
• Knowledge of standards (ISO 900x etc.)
• Excellent analytical thinking
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to work in a team
• Experienced in agile projects
• Understanding of EA ARIS, ERP, BPM, CRM highly beneficial
• Understanding of protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML
• Fluency in both German and English
